Returns and Refunds

We hope you are happy with your Anecdote garments, but understand if you wish to return or exchange your order. We offer returns within 20 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different one or a refund to the original payment method. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number and associated email address. To start a return, you can contact us at wecare@anecdoteapparel.au.

Once your order is received, processed and deemed suitable for a return, we will happily refund or exchange your order. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the postage and any costs associated with returning your order to us. Any items returned to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Undelivered Items

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, your order will be returned to us at the courier services' discretion. Once your order has been received by us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders we believe to be fraudulent in any way.
